Tsukiji Sarashina no Sato
A soba restaurant known for its house-milled buckwheat flour ground with a stone mill. The owner selects buckwheat from regions across Japan according to the season, offering four types of soba: Teuchi Soba (80% buckwheat), Sarashina Soba, Seasonal Flavored Soba, and 100% Buckwheat Soba.
In addition to soba, the menu also includes udon, tempura, and other traditional Japanese dishes.
