Yes, bags can be checked at the front desk. Please ask a staff member for assistance. Please keep passports and other valuables with you.

Select from either the “Tsukiji Hakejyoyu Noriben or Yamanobori Noriben bento. Please reserve your bento by 18:00. of the day before your meal.
Q.Is laundry service available in the hotel?
We do not have laundry service in the hotel. We can provide directions to a nearby coin laundry or dry cleaner.
Q.Is early check-in available?
Check-in before 15:00 cannot be guaranteed due to hotel booking conditions. Baggage may be checked at the front desk before check-in time.

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. Please contact us if you have an early check-in or late check-out request.
Q.Can children stay for free?
Children sleeping with an adult can stay for free. Applicable ages are 0 to 12 years of age.

We do not offer rental car services at the hotel. However, we can direct you to a rental car shop that is within walking distance.
