TSUKI Tokyo will hold a sake fair from November 18, 2023, featuring the “ZAKU” series from Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, a brewery in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, which has won numerous awards in Japan and overseas. The ZAKU series, which is popular both in Japan and overseas, was adopted as the toast at the 2016 G7 Ise-Shima Summit, and is a sake that is attracting worldwide attention. Shimizu Seizaburo Shoten, which has been making traditional sake for about 150 years since its establishment in 1869, continues the tradition of the Ise Toji family and aims to produce sake with the utmost attention to raw materials and simple flavor. Due to small production quantities, we also offer a premium series that is difficult to distribute.
